- Returns are allowed within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new/unused condition.
- At this time we are unable to offer exchanges and you will need to place a new order; all returns will be processed as refunds.
- Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving your return.
- Footwear MUST be tried on a clean surface to avoid any damage.
- Returns will NOT be accepted for used, damaged or dirty items and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- PLEASE RETURN FOOTWEAR IN THEIR ORIGINAL SHOE BOX PLACED INSIDE A SHIPPING BOX.
- Footwear returned to us directly in the shoe box with postage labels or adhesives placed on it will NOT be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Clothing MUST have original tags attached.
- Please include your web order number with the return.
- Any order(s) refused upon delivery will incur a $10.00 refusal fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) back to us.
- Potentially defective items MUST be reported to us within 30 days of purchase.
